Sanlam hosted their Retail Mass Brand Campaign Launch on 15 August 2025, themed A Night for Those Who Plan for Life.”
As part of their Brand Uplift Campaign, the event brought together media, executives, and stakeholders to:

  • Amplify Sanlam’s repositioning message

  • Showcase the flagship TVC

  • Announce the Student Brand Challenge winner

The aim was to deliver a high-impact, emotionally resonant experience that celebrated empowerment, creativity, and financial planning education.

Year 2025

The Challenge

The agency running the event, Duma Collective, faced intense pressure:

  • The event date was fixed — just over a week away (yes — last minute).

  • The RSVP layer was approved less than 48 hours before invites needed to go live.

  • They had to provide daily reporting to prove ROI to the client and a final clean guest list for the ground team.

  • Without a fast, branded solution, they risked low attendance, frustrated client, and on-site chaos.

The Work

Made4Launch owned the RSVP layer end-to-end:

  • Built a custom branded microsite (Launchpage) aligned to Sanlam’s CI.

  • Compiled and deployed email invitations directly to the guest list (designed my Duma's creative team).

  • Automated confirmations, reminders, and thank-yous.

  • Provided daily RSVP and mailer reports throughout.

  • Delivered the final guest list to the ground team before the event.

  • Delivered a final report to Duma to plug into their presentation deck.

The Result
